Terms of use
What you agree to
- The message is written by you, in your own words.
- Your name, address and email address are genuinely yours.
- You are writing about one issue, to a representative who represents you.
- You will not send threats, harassment, defamatory claims or unlawful content. Threatening a public figure is a criminal offence and we will co-operate with the police.
- You will not use the service to send bulk or automated mail.
What we do
We format your message as a letter, verify your email address, and deliver it to the representative's published contact address. We can't guarantee they read it or reply.
What we may refuse
We block messages that closely duplicate recent ones, and we may decline to send anything that appears abusive or unlawful. We may block an address or a network that abuses the service.
Responsibility
You are responsible for the content of your message. The service is provided as it is, without warranty, and we're not liable for any consequence of a message you chose to send.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you send.
